Google Drive Will Allow You to Spot Anyone "Sniffing" Your Files

Securing the cloud storage system will become significantly more efficient, thanks to a new update released by Google.

The company is updating its Google Drive platform to allow users to track external activities in their logs.

This should help administrators detect suspicious and unauthorized actions by external users, including attempts to copy, move, or modify data. In this way, essential business information will be kept secure.

Google points out that the feature will be turned on by default, and is delivered to all Google Workplace users who have the Drive audit log turned on.
